Food for cancer patient



Here with i share some tips i took from New Straight Times for those patient got cancer,hope you guy be strong and eat well get well soon.Actually this kind of tips also good for other than who got cancer.Being healthy person make your life is wonderfully and happy to the fullest ^^




Drink a lot of water.It's good and important to stay hydrated during the treatment as water flush out the toxin,so this water make your body cool and metabolize food better.


Bean is source of protein.Where the protein made the muscle up,which you can be added to soup or stew to warm the tummy or you can eat it alone.


Canned fruit is soft and easy to chew it.It's the best way to get extra energy since it contain a lot of sugar in syrup.



There is no doubt about the good of HONEY.It was a good antidote for bitter taste in mouth.


DRIED FRUIT is good way to provide energy,vitamins and fiber.You also can it with cereal. Delicious


By only look that picture,make feel so tasty,why not try it the FRUIT JUICE.It provide calories and vitamins also give refreshing and invigorating.



Ohh,I love MILK SHAKE,especially chocolate,really yummy.Fully packed with calories and easily made it,mix of fresh milk,ice cream and your favorite flavour.Refreshing.You can also make a float,simple and easy ^^



SANDWICH.Have you watch Chuck?,if not never mind,just let you know that they always got Subway Sandwich during lunch.Simple.Because it easy to made it and takes minimal effort to prepare it.Just take couple of bread,slice of cheese,sauce and filled with chicken,turkey or even tuna and don't forget to put also a vegetable.


Yup,it is a PEANUT BUTTER.Love it.I always take it during breakfast,peanut butter and slice of bread make me feel fresh to start my day as it natural one packed of protein and good fats.Try also mix with banana,apple,toast or maybe with doughnut and pretzel.



Last but not least,is olive oil and butter.To increase your calorie,hence better use it with potato,bread and toast,olive oil on rice.pasta and vegetable.When it feel better,you can make better food choices.
